Great article in the latest edition of the Melksham News 🗞️ about the rejection of 53 additional homes in Berryfields.

🏠 Whilst we 100% new more homes for young people and affordable homes - we need them in the right places for local communities and amenities.

🗣️ I was clear at the Wiltshire Planning hearing last year that this speculative development of 53 more homes in Berryfield was not strategic, completely inappropriate and against the wishes of local residents.

✅ Thanks to the changes to the National Planning Policy Framework - which I secured from Michael Gove - Our Wiltshire are now able to overturn unplanned and unwanted applications such as this one and the proposal for 650 homes on Blackmore Farm.
